As you know this worldwide Pandemic, Covid19 is impacting our lives in unprecedented ways. Our top concerns are for the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are working diligently to address the virus's impact on our supply chain uncertainty and we greatly appreciate your patience.
We’re vigorously focusing on our high-priority products like Vanquistador (disinfectant fogger), People’s Choice (hand sanitizer), and What A Wipe (hand wipes) to ensure the fastest possible delivery to meet all our customers’ requirements. These products are having supply delays with raw materials and delivery dates are fluid. We are working on demand management and the supply issues hourly during this crisis to minimize the impact. We sincerely apologize for any unplanned delays in delivery meeting your needs.
As part of our customer commitment we are protecting customers by ensuring fair pricing and are not seeking to profit from this COVID-19 crisis with our pricing. We are proud to support our nation with our Made in America products and we have increased our staff to assist in our ability to deliver during this crisis. We will update you to the best of our ability on status.
