K&K Clean – K-Strip | Gold – RTM – professional grade is ready to mix and formulated to strip waxes and polymer finishes from rubber, tile, vinyl, asbestos, marble, terrazzo, linoleum, and ceramic flooring. Effective in hard or soft water conditions, heavy-duty emulsifiers and wetting agents penetrate and remove even the toughest plastic floor finishes. High solvent and detergent content soften wax and dirt to easily clean with mop or machine. Does not redeposit lifted film onto floor. Cleans and conditions floor for application of new finish without harsh ammonia or other strong chemicals. K-Strip Gold is low odor and non-flammable. Can be used in commercial, industrial, institutional, and home settings. Safe for most floor types but not recommended for wood or laminate.  Great for use in health care settings, schools, labs, police and fire departments, dormitories, restaurants, offices, factories, and areas in the home including kitchen and bath areas.
